Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been:

• opened
• used
• damaged after delivery
• purchased as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at swevenai22@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.
