Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution.
